BARBACOA - Tender Beef slow-cooked in a rich Chipotle-Tomato sauce served 3 deliciously different ways:
BARBACOA NACHOS - a pot of our delicious Barbacoa stew topped with cheesey fondue served with Corn Chips to dip, savour and share
BARBACOA QUESADILLA - we just made our Quesadillas even better! Corn Tacos filled and grilled with Barbacoa and cheese. Crispy on the edges… gooey on the inside
BARBACOA LOADED PATATAS - Our famous Patatas Bossa Nova (roasted & spiced mini spuds) loaded with Barbacoa stew and cheese fondue
Option of BARBACOA BEANS instead of beef for Vegetarians.
